SUMMARY:YPN Community Connections Tour: Sioux Falls Month - Water Purification Plant
DESCRIPTION:In May\, we’re going behind the scenes at the places that keep Sioux Falls running. This week\, we’re touring the City’s Water Purification Plant. \nThis facility plays a critical role in delivering safe\, reliable drinking water to our growing community. Recent upgrades\, including the addition of five new filters\, have increased filtration capacity to 75 million gallons per day. Alongside the $215 million expansion of the Water Reclamation Facility\, the system is built to support both current demand and future growth. \nThe plant operates around the clock\, with continuous monitoring to ensure quality and safety.  \nRegistration is required\, and space is limited to the first 20 participants. If you register\, please plan to attend and mark your calendar. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe are committed to providing a welcoming and accessible experience for all event attendees.
