He currently serves on the boards of the Congressional Sportsmen’s Foundation (CSF) and the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), where he advocates for conservation, hunting traditions, and the shooting sports community. Before his work with Silencer Central, Maddox practiced pharmacy and served as a marketing executive in the pharmaceutical industry. He is a graduate of the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Duke University. Megan, Maddox’s wife, is a 5th generation South Dakotan, and together they have two daughters.
