Ryan has been playing golf since he was old enough to grip a club.  "My best golf memory is playing the 'ice cream hole' with my dad when I was a kid.  If I scored a 6 or better, we'd go out for a frozen treat following the round," said Austad.  Ryan now has three kids of his own who are starting the game.  Prior to rejoining the Austad's team in 2015, Ryan spent seven years working as a management consultant with Fortune 500 companies.  "While consulting taught me a lot, the golf industry is ultimately where I belong.  We believe in having fun each day while helping people reach their golfing potential.  I wake up each day loving what I do." Jennifer Smith Hoesing has spent the past 20 years working in the nonprofit sector across Florida, South Carolina and South Dakota. She serves as Chief Development Officer at Girl Scouts – Dakota Horizons, where she leads the philanthropy, marketing and communications team to build girls of courage, confidence and character who make the world a better place. Jenn is especially proud of her work with Girl Scouts, building a culture of philanthropy that prepares girls to ignite their spark across South Dakota, North Dakota and Iowa and guiding Girl Scout movement philanthropy nationally. She’s also refreshed brands at DakotAbilities and the Florida Division of Cultural Affairs, helped launch the Stockyards Ag Experience Museum in Sioux Falls, and secured a Bush Community Innovation Grant to support childcare collaboration, and led a cross-sector community planning effort in Orangeburg, South Carolina. What started as a monthly publication created in their townhome has grown into a strong brand with a talented team officed in downtown Sioux Falls. Serving Goodwill in various roles through her tenure, she leads as Chief Executive Officer. Briget is a graduate of Wayne State College, Wayne, NE and received her Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership at the University of South Dakota, Vermillion, SD. She is a graduate of Leadership Siouxland and Goodwill Industries International Senior Leadership Development Program.
