Harriet Yocum is a devoted community leader and change agent with a passion for tackling Sioux Falls’ most pressing social issues. She has partnered with law enforcement, government officials, and organizations to create anti-human trafficking programs, poverty awareness initiatives, and efforts that empower women and strengthen families.
An advocate for people of color and immigrant families, Harriet’s leadership inspires positive change. With degrees in Nursing and Business Administration specializing in Human Resource Management, she has also served as a senior executive for a Fortune 500 company, bringing strategic expertise to all she does.
