Get a behind-the-scenes look at this longtime Sioux Falls summer camp and learn how its programs help kids build confidence, independence and a connection to the outdoors. During the tour, we’ll explore the camp, hear more about the activities and experiences offered to campers ages 6–9, and learn how Camp Leif Ericson creates a safe, welcoming environment where kids can try new things, build friendships and make lasting memories. We're continuing YP Gives, our quarterly initiative where YPN partners with Sioux Empire United Way to give back to the Sioux Falls community through hands-on volunteer experiences. This quarter, we are heading to DakotAbilities, a local nonprofit dedicated to supporting and empowering people with disabilities through housing, employment opportunities, day programs, advocacy, and more. During this service project, YPN members will spend the morning playing Bingo and building connections with the individuals DakotAbilities serves. What began with its first factory in Harrisburg has grown into a company with more than 650 employee-owners creating American-made cabinetry for customers across the country.
