Join us for June’s Our Sioux Falls featuring Friends of the Big Sioux River! Friends of the Big Sioux River is dedicated to protecting and restoring the Big Sioux River and its watershed through improved water quality, community education, and conservation efforts. Their work focuses on creating a healthier river system while promoting the environmental, recreational, and economic benefits the river provides to our region. During this event, attendees will learn more about the organization’s mission, current initiatives, and the importance of community partnerships in preserving the Big Sioux River for future generations. Registration is required and limited to the first 25 participants. If you register, please plan to attend and add the event to your calendar. We're kicking off YP Gives, a new quarterly initiative where YPN partners with Sioux Empire United Way to give back to the Sioux Falls community through hands-on volunteering. This quarter, we're heading to Feeding South Dakota; the state's largest hunger-relief organization, working to end hunger across all 66 counties, from metro areas to rural communities and Native American Reservations.
