Featuring wetlands, gardens, and native plants, the Arboretum offers opportunities for recreation, education, and discovery. As a living link to the past and an investment in the future, the site helps foster meaningful connections between people and the natural world while sharing the stories of earlier cultures and their relationship with the environment. The Arboretum’s mission is to nurture connections between plants and all people, past and present, in an inspiring natural setting that invites discovery.
