YPN Community Connections Tours provide the opportunity to get an inside look at a local business. Help us celebrate Manufacturing Week in South Dakota with a tour of Marmen Energy! Marmen Energy is a working welding shop, so long pants (no shorts, no skirts, no capris) and fully closed-toe shoes (no sandals, no high heels) are mandatory for visitors. Those who don’t comply or come after the tour as started will not be able to tour the shop. They do not permit pictures in the shop.
Party planners and extroverts, this team is for you! The Social Action Team plans all of the YPN networking and fun social events such as Off the Clock, Morning Buzz, Power Lunch, and many others.

The purpose of this event is to help Emerging Leaders & Young Professionals gain broader perspectives and knowledge on how to better understand and include people with disabilities in the workplace and community so we can be more informed and dedicated to serving our community.
