This action team plans tours of new projects in town, lines up phenomenal speakers and generally guides the educational elements of YPN while also looking for ways to educate YPN members about current issues in our community and encourage civic participation among young professionals. . Join us for an Seat at the Table event this June featuring Randy Knecht. Randy has been involved in the construction industry for more than 25 years, joining the firm in 1994. Serving as CEO, Randy leads an outstanding group of dedicated and talented construction professionals. Duties also include developing and maintaining client relationships and overseeing overall corporate risk strategy. As a member of the Board of Directors, Randy works closely with the board to provide strategic direction and vision for the Company – a roadmap for the future. Prior to being appointed President and CEO, Randy served as CFO from 1994 – 2010. Community support includes serving on the boards of Avera McKennan Trustees, Sioux Empire United Way, and Sioux Falls Development Foundation. Randy also serves on the Sioux Falls Area Chamber of Commerce Community Appeals, the Forward Sioux Falls Joint Venture Management Committee, and Downtown Sioux Falls Development. A Seat at the Table is reserved for YPN Members only. You must register in advance. You will need to click "Login" on the top right to register for the event.
